Hoot-n-Annie, Exceptional Children's Resale and Locally Handmade Clothing and Gifts is for sale! Hoot-n-Annie is a truly fantastic children's resale store with a strong and loyal customer base. My business partner's personal situation has changed, requiring her to move out of state.
We will provide basic information via email; we are requesting a face-to-face meeting for serious inquiries. We have very thorough sales records, customer counts, expenses, business statistics and analytics, etc. Website, name and logo, full training and ongoing consultation is included.
The busiest season of the year begins in August and runs through December - now is the perfect time to take over. Hoot-n-Annie continues to show excellent growth and is in a great position for you to add your new energy and keep sales surging upward. Community word of mouth is excellent and we have many customer testimonials to share.

Note to shoppers: It's SUPER important to note that though Hoot-n-Annie is for sale, everything is business as usual: open Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 4pm, we're still accepting clothing for exchange, getting new items out on the rack, etc. - nothing will be changing about store operations.
