To launch its new line of U-Bake goodies and support local schools, Grand Central Baking will host a “U-Bake Sale” fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Saturday, June 6 at each of its six Portland-area bakery cafés. The community is invited to stop in to sample treats made from the bakery’s U-bake line and purchase items to try at home. Fifty-percent of the proceeds of all U-bake items sold all day will be donated to Portland Public Schools Foundation.
